Graham is an attorney who has spent almost two decades fighting for his clients in state and federal court. With real trial experience Graham is able to give sound advice on what a client can expect if litigation becomes necessary. With this experience he can truly advise the client on what will provide the greatest chance of success and the risk and benefits of trial versus a mediated settlement. With this experience he has been invited to join the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”, an award presented by The National Trial Lawyers Organization.

Graham Stiles received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina with the honor of being named to the Dean’s List.  He received his law degree from Campbell University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and was published in the Fall, 1999 issue. Graham has written articles and legal updates for The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers as well as the North Carolina Bar Association.

In addition to practicing law, Graham has his contractor’s license and has owned small businesses in the construction industry. Owning a law firm and other businesses gives him a greater understanding in divorce matters for small business owners and how to effectively ensure that the end of a marriage does not end his or her clients business.

When Graham is not practicing law he spends his time with his wonderful family and beautiful children. He is an avid runner, having competed in numerous marathons and a 50 mile ultra-marathon. Graham also enjoys indoor rock climbing and scuba diving and has passed this passion for adventure on to his children.
